Filter Housings

We manufacturer filter housing with welded tube-sheet or detachable (Suspended) tube-sheets. We offer perforated cover at the outer periphery of bunch of filter cartridges for more than 80 pcs. to avoid damage during handling the assembly for replacement of cartridges. We offer multi cartridge filter housing in MS, CS, SS 304, SS 316L or Duplex steel 2205 for maximum nos. of cartridges up to 220 nos. in a bunch. We offer filter housing with in place back-pulsing, back-flushing arrangement also using specific venturi & back-pulsing devices. We offer multi cartridge filter housings with eye bolt, Rothmans clamp, regular nut bolt fittings etc. Tri-clover clamp for top cover closing. We offer davit arm of clamp type or wheel type for easy of handling during maintenance.

Polypropylene filter housings are in slim and jumbo variety having applications in domestic and industrial sector also. Polypropylene housings are available in 4" and 1" & 172" line size with Female threaded connection. Polypropylene filter housings are used with cartridges and filter bags mainly for water and chemical liquids applications.

Polycarbonate filter housings are mainly for domestic water filtration and are installed for low operating pressure of 2-3 kg/cm2. Polycarbonate housings are available in %” and 1” line size with Female threaded connection. Polycarbonate and Styrene acrylonitrile (SAN) filter housings are also used in compressed air filtration.

HDPE filter housings for aggressive chemicals filtration application. HDPE filter housings are fabricated using HDPE pipes flanges and connections.

FRP filter housings are available in different standard sizes to accommodate specific quantity of resins, sand, dual media. FRP housings are attached with vacuum breaker, distribution systems and multi-port valves.
