ASIANEX manufactures an extensive rangeof HEPA filter inserts to meet the stringent requirements of the nuclear, pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
The mini cartridge HEPA filter range comprises of both open ended in bleed and in line cylindrical filter units manufactured with either a stainless steel or plastic body.
Typically these filters are used on process applications associated with the controlled ventilation of small enclosures such as glove boxes & isolators; other applications include drum & tank ventilation.

- Filter medium: Non-fiammable, water repellent, microfine glass paper with glass thread spacers formed into a cylindrical element with polyurethane end caps
- Construction: 316L Grade Stainless Steel, PVC or Polypropylene (110mm @)
- Rated duty: 5l/secataninitial pressure dropof 175/200 Pascal(openended/in- line)
Each Mini Cartridge HEPA filter is supplied with a plastic end caps fitted to both ends of the cartridge; these should be removed before installation and then fitted to the outgoing dirty filter cartridge before it's removal from the contained area.
