ASIANEX manufactures an extensive range of HEPA filter inserts to meet the stringent requirements of the nuclear, pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
We manufacture Pharma grade plug-in HEPA inserts in a range of standard sizes and from various material combinations.
Materials of Construction:
- End caps & seal rings: Vacuum formed polypropylene with nylon inserts, pressed carbon steel with a high temperature corrosion resistant paint finish or stainless steel
- Retaining grids: Perforated polypropylene, expanded steel with a high temperature corrosion resistant paint finish or stainless steel.
- Filter medium: Non-flammable, water repellant, microfine glass paper formed into a lose pleat annulus with bonded glass thread spacers to provide positive pleat separation.
- Bond: Media pack and protective grids are sealed to the end caps with polyurethane or high temperature cement.
- Gasket: Internal mechanically sealed silicone rubber lip seal 3mm thick.
